Legend Integrated Care is a unique and vibrant family run home care provider and specialist recruitment agency based in Luton.We provide care in the following locations Bedfordshire,Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We are focused on providing a high-quality care that puts every client at the very heart of our organisation. 'Person Centred Care' forms the core of the services we provide and are committed to providing a high-quality, care to our clients that focuses on promoting independence and dignity for everyone we care for.

We have a close knit support team who receive exceptional training, support and resources to deliver an unmatched care experience. Our support team are focused on providing a warm, compassionate and patient service upon which our reputation is based.We offer a comprehensive array of care services to adults over the age of 18 years and the elderly in a safe and reliable manner, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our solutions range from 15 minute visits for personal care and companionship, to more complex assistance including nutrition support and palliative care, right through to 24 hour a day live-in care service.

Director

I am very proud to be a Director of Legend Integrated Care along with my sister Shanygne. In my professional life to date, I have enjoyed a wide range of experiences. I have over 15 years’ experience of working in the Healthcare sector, both private and in the NHS.

I hold degrees in Engineering and in Healthcare. My role involves working closely with the Registered Manager in every process of the business to ensure we continue to grow as a business and to be part of the future care at home.

My main goal is to create and install a very transparent care process, that helps to set an improved standard of care and to help those needing care across the country to live a fulfilled life in the comfort of their own home.

Shanygne

Director/Registered Manager

Shanygne is one of the founders and Registered Manager of Legend Integrated Care.Prior to founding Legend Integrated Care, she spend 5 years working in managerial roles as a Consultant, Project Manager and as a Strategic Account Manager. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and with this she has been able to develop problem solving, people management and decision-making skills.

She is responsible for each process of the business from staff training, business development, customer care and is a very hands-on manager, who enjoys being out in the community supporting staff and clients.

Neville
Administrator

Neville has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 2 years and holds a degree in Business Economics.

Neville’s role revolves around supporting the team with recruitment, compliance, coordinating staff and ensuring the candidates that are recruited reflect and share Legend Integrated Care’s values and are checked to meet its standards.

Neville's goal is to work towards creating a positive change and helping to improve the well-being of individuals and communities.
